Get to know our leadership team.
Mark has successful executive leadership tenures with some of the world’s top technology brands, such as SAP, Applied Systems, and FICO, including international stints in Germany and France. Mark joined CyberGrants in 2015 and has spearheaded tremendous growth in company revenue, clients, and product development. Mark is a Cum Laude graduate of Harvard University where he played football and acquired an Economics degree. Mark lives in Chicago with his wife and four kids and commutes to Boston. Weekends he’s a White Sox fan and weekdays it’s the Red Sox. Mark’s mission is “to help our customers make extraordinary and incredibly good things happen.”
Lacey brings to CyberGrants more than two decades of financial management experience across a broad range of technology companies, from fast-growing, venture-capital backed startups to global corporations. She owns CyberGrants’ financial strategy, human resources and legal functions. In her spare time, Lacey enjoys creating a mess in the kitchen while making ridiculously complicated meals. She supports NPOs that create a path out of poverty or offer mental health services to the under-served.
Jeff is a proven sales and marketing leader, and has spent more than 30 years building and growing departments within large organizations. He leads the sales, marketing, and and solution architecture functions for CyberGrants, which span everything from driving new customer acquisition to overall go-to-market strategy, messaging, positioning, branding and lead generation. Jeff enjoys fishing and is an avid woodworker. He’s a passionate alum of Northwestern and you can find him tailgating at Wildcats football games. He is also a major supporter of all CyberGrants giving initiatives.
Bob has an extensive technical background in enterprise-class software development and transaction processing. He also loves working directly with customers to demystify technology. At CyberGrants, he is responsible for the infrastructure that powers the CyberGrants solution as well as the internal systems. Bob leads a busy family life with three grown children, is actively involved with his church through volunteering and donations, and helps with social outreach programs that feed the homeless.
SVP Product & Client Services
Pete loves helping team members achieve career objectives and enabling clients to reach business objectives. He works with clients, the CyberGrants team and industry experts to develop and lead the future of the company’s products and drive secure and efficient funds disbursement. In his personal life, Pete has four children — two adopted — and loves the outdoors as a backpacker and fisherman. He also plays a leadership role at his church, marshaling resources for maximum impact in the community.
SVP Client Experience
Andrew leads the teams that are responsible for client-facing operations, specifically client management, payments, vetting and the contact center. These teams support clients on a day-to-day basis so they can make the biggest possible impact. Andrew makes it a point to tell someone that he is from California at least twice a day. He loves to bake, and his west coast friends occasionally receive cookies by mail. He supports causes that assist veterans and organizations doing disaster recovery work.
SVP of Solution Architecture
Rob is responsible for providing guidance to both new and existing customers on industry trends, strategies, and how they can best leverage their CyberGrants tools. He leads a team of solution architects focused on advancing the use of technology to do more good. Rob is an avid volleyball player, enjoys craft beers, and is currently taking classes in the culinary arts. He volunteers for Habitat for Humanity and gives to the Travis Roy Foundation in support of those affected by spinal cord injuries.
VP of Marketing
Amanda has performed nearly every sales and marketing function over her career and has successfully grown high-performing marketing teams. She is responsible for CyberGrants’ marketing strategy and planning along with coaching the marketing team. Amanda golfs, rides a Harley, will beat you in cribbage, and loves to travel and eat local cuisine along the way. In fact she imports hard-to-get wines from central Europe. She volunteers for an animal rehabilitation and adoption organization, and supports a variety of animal, veteran and cancer causes.
VP of Research and Architecture
Wei-Wei started with CyberGrants before it was CyberGrants, helping to adapt a custom-built software package to appeal to the commercial market that CyberGrants serves today. She works with the product development team, focusing on system design and architecture to support additional features and greater capacity. Wei-Wei is a knitter, novice carpenter, and a self-described “fussy pastry baker.” Her favorite charities include the Lexington Farm Coalition, MSPCA, and Doctors without Borders.
VP of Sales
Brian has been leading sales teams at growth-oriented companies for nearly ten years. Here at CyberGrants, he works with prospective customers to determine if CyberGrants is a good fit, and with existing customers to maximize the benefits of their relationship with CyberGrants. Brian played basketball at the University of Chicago, which prepared him well for his current pastime of chasing his two-year-old daughter around. He avidly supports CyberGrants’ internal philanthropy initiatives.
VP of Product Management
Chris combines passion for the user experience with the ability to write, read and explain computer code. At CyberGrants, he manages the product strategy, lifecycle, innovations and development, serves as the liaison between clients and the technical teams, and works to improve communication across departments. An avid outdoorsman, Chris lists camping and cycling as his favorite activities, as well as Kubb (also known as Viking chess). He volunteers for his local elementary school and Cub Scout pack.
VP of Client Onboarding
Michael has built high performing, engaged organizations throughout his career. At CyberGrants, he is responsible for client implementation and technical service delivery. Michael enjoys soccer, golf, skiing and any downtime he can get with his family. A regular volunteer in his community, he lends his time to Junior Achievement, Young Authors and coaching local soccer and football teams. He also donates time and resources to The Sun Will Rise Foundation, which deals with issues related to substance abuse.
